Prevention of Insider Trading

Implementation of the prohibition on insider trading

The Company has established "Insider Trading Prevention Management Operational Regulations" which clearly stipulate that the Company's directors, managers, and employees shall not disclose any material internal information they know to others, nor shall they inquire about or collect any undisclosed material internal information of the Company that is not related to their personal duties from those who know the Company's material internal information. Furthermore, they shall not disclose to others any material internal information of the Company that is not obtained through the execution of their duties.

The Company will send regulatory authorities' insider trading prevention information (in written form or via email) to newly appointed directors and managers in the year they take office. The Company also arranges for directors to receive in-home training courses on insider trading prevention each year.
